Absolutely, you can customize your itinerary. You can adjust dates, swap activities, choose a different hotel class, or extend your stay. We help you build a trip that fits your pace, preferences, budget, and travel style.
Why should I book with Kaido instead of doing everything myself online?

How do I know Kaido is trustworthy and legitimate?

What happens if my flight or plan changes, or if there’s an emergency abroad?
We offer 24/7 support, so if flights change, baggage gets lost, or plans shift, we step in to help. We coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local contacts to re‑arrange your travel, minimize disruption, or help you find alternatives if needed.
Is booking through a travel agency more expensive than doing it myself?
Not necessarily. While DIY booking gives you control, using travel agencies like Kaido gives you access to exclusive rates, package deals, and perks (accommodation upgrades, guided tours, and more).
What documentation do I get once my booking is confirmed?
Once everything is booked, we send you a complete travel packet: flight e-tickets, bookings receipts including hotel confirmations, transfer & transport vouchers; itinerary with dates, times & contacts; local contact numbers; and guidance relevant to your destination (visa, health, currency, local customs).
Do you accommodate special requests like dietary needs, mobility/accessibility, and special celebrations?
Yes. We believe travel should be inclusive and tailored. Whether you have dietary restrictions, mobility needs, or a special celebration (birthday, anniversary, family reunion), let us know, and we’ll work with our partners to try to meet your needs.
What if I change my mind? Can I cancel or modify my trip?
Yes, depending on our partner and timing, some changes or cancellations are possible. We’ll review the policy for your trip with you, explain any fees, and help negotiate or re-book when possible.
Are there any hidden costs I should watch out for?
No hidden costs from us, all fees, taxes, and inclusions are clearly listed from the start. We believe in full transparency; if something is optional (e.g., extra activities, meals, local fees), we’ll list it out so you can decide.
When should I book to get the best price or availability?

How much does booking with an agency cost? Do you charge fees?

You’ll get full support before departure, during booking, and throughout your trip. We provide contact numbers, local guidance, emergency support, and advice tailored to your needs. We are your travel buddy throughout your trip.
Can I book flights, hotels, and activities separately or only full packages?
We’re flexible: you can book a full package or choose only the parts you need. For example, you can book accommodation + activities, guided tours, without booking your flight with us.
